 Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans after discussing job requirements and qualifications with Managers  
  • Actively source candidates via social media.  
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process including telephone screening, scanning resumes,match the candidate qualification and job requirements. 
  • Utilize job portals for recruitment and develop recruitment related material for posting on job sites. 
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates 
  • Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness 
  • Maintain updated employee / candidate database  and assists in adhoc recruitment related activities. 

      

Job Requirements

  •  Proven experience in recruitment process
  •  Strong research skill
  •  Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

  •  Ability to contribute in a high performance environment

  •  Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working as a recruiter  

  • You must be committed to atleast a 6 month contract

  • Proficiency  in navigating recruitment sites  
  • Phone Skills, Recruiting and Interviewing Skills 
  • Results Driven professional with good project management experience
